Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging, for its return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without having previously requested the return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please review your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.

Changes

The fastest way to make sure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14-day reflection period of the European Union Without prejudice to the foregoing, if the goods are sent within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunda

We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and we will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Remember that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and make the refund effective.
